General conditions for tenants of Cortijo La Pedriza
Application These conditions apply to anyone renting our vacation rental “Cortijo La Pedriza”, located at Arroyo Del Cerezo, 47, 14978 Córdoba, Spain.
“Tenant” means the person entering into the rental agreement with us. These terms and conditions always apply regardless of any terms and conditions of the tenant’s own. Deviations are only valid if we have confirmed them in writing.
You can book with us if you are 26 years old or older. Are you younger? Then your reservation is not valid. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation without giving reasons.
After your reservation, you will receive a confirmation, terms and conditions and an invoice within five days. Please check everything carefully and let us know immediately if something is wrong. Have you not received anything after 10 days? Please contact us, otherwise your reservation will expire.
The rental agreement is final once we confirm your reservation.
Payment can only be made by bank transfer.
30% of the rental fee must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
The remaining 70% you pay no later than 7 days before arrival.
Do you book less than a month before arrival? Then you pay the full amount immediately.
Payment should be made to IBAN: NL13 RABO 0315 2555 44 in the name of M. Arens, quoting the invoice number.
Once you pay (part of) the rental fee, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Do you not pay on time? Then we may cancel the reservation and dissolve the agreement.
Want to change something after booking? You can, but we are not obliged to accept your change. Within four weeks before arrival, changes are usually no longer possible.
Do you want to change the period of stay? Then the cancellation conditions apply (see article 5).
Cancellations can only be made by mail.
Partial payments will not be returned.
Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee due.
Don’t show up without letting us know? Then you will pay 100% of the rental fee.
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
We prefer to give the key in person, so we can immediately show you everything: how the house works, the pool, waste separation and useful tips for your stay.
Can’t we meet on arrival? No problem! Then we will put the key in an agreed place, so you can always enter effortlessly.
You can check in from 15:00 and must leave the house no later than 11:00 on the departure day.
Smoking is not allowed inside. You may smoke on the terrace.
No open fires outside.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning fee: €100 per rental period.
Barbecuing is allowed, but make sure the barbecue is clean when you leave.
Be frugal with water and electricity.
Maximum of 6 people in the house. More persons or parties are not allowed.
You are not allowed to move furniture or take items outside (except dishes and cutlery for outdoor use).
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, war or other unexpected events), we may suspend or cancel the contract without liability.
You are responsible for damage to the house or inventory unless you can prove that the damage is not your fault.
Upon arrival: check the inventory and report any damage immediately.
We are not liable for theft, loss or damage to your property.
Outages in internet, electricity or other utilities do not entitle you to compensation.
Is something not quite to your satisfaction or did you expect something else? Please let us know right away! We will gladly think with you to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before departure please:
Leaving the house broom clean.
Clean dishes and clean up dishes.
Remove bedding and put it in the hallway.
Dispose of garbage in the proper containers.
Report any damage.
Do you not leave the house tidy? Then we may charge additional cleaning fees.
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law.
